FAQ:

Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at online@mhiandco.com, if you are experiencing delays or have questions about the status of an order. Restrictions may continue to affect shipments to and from our warehouse/vendor warehouses to impacted areas. 

General Disclaimer

Shipping and/or lead time varies depending on the item. Information will be specified in each product description and/or unless otherwise specified via direct email communication to you from the MHI & Co. team. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after six-hours of order receipt. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.

Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. All orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer. A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.

All Items

We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Certain products are made to order and will ship within 1-18 weeks from our vendors for fulfillment and delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Lighting

Most lighting, subject to availability, should ship between 1-28 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the specific product page and/or via direct email communication from the MHI & Co. team. MHI & Co. does not currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Outside of the United States of America

MHI & Co. does not currently ship outside of the United States of America.

 

Fragile/Oversized Item Deliveries

Fragile/oversized item shipping fee is 10% of each item price plus White Glove freight delivery fee ($300 flat rate per each item) if applicable.

Most of and Oversized/Fragile will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. All items may ship within 4-30 weeks unless otherwise specified on the specific product page and/or via direct email communication to you from the MHI & Co. team. This timeframe includes but not limited to sorting, inspections, and transfers. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeframe noted via direct email communication to you from the MHI & Co. team.

Our partnered delivery agent will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece once the item(s) is/are ready for delivery. The delivery partner will not move existing furniture or remove unwanted furniture. The partnered delivery agent’s service/work includes the move of said item(s) into your desired space at the specified delivery address within the of Contiguous 48 U.S. States (said service includes no more than one (1) flight of stairs (defined as ten continuous straight stairs with no turns). Additional fees may apply to customer if more than one (1) flight of stairs is required to deliver said item(s). NOTE: The fragile/oversized item shipping fee does not include White Glove Delivery services. The fragile/oversized item shipping fee includes the cost of moving the oversized piece into your desired space at the specified delivery address within the of Contiguous 48 U.S. States (said service includes no more than one (1) flight of stairs (defined as ten continuous straight stairs with no turns) and does not include package material removal or assembly.

Item(s) that is/are refused due to non-damage or defect related feedback will be issued store credit as a refund less: 1) All shipping and/or handling fees, and 2) A 15% restocking fee.
